PearTree Neighborhoods

PearTree Property Management rental properties are located in Cincinnati's best neighborhoods...

Oakley

Oakley, established in 1869, is an east side middle-class neighborhood located near Hyde Park. The neighborhood was
once home to the ill-fated Oakley Race Course, whose draw benefited the neighborhood until a state law prohibiting
betting closed the track. The neighborhood is now home to Rookwood Commons, a large open-air shopping development.
Like other Cincinnati neighborhoods, at its heart is a
neighborhood square, lined with shops, bars and restaurants.
The square is also home to Cincinnati’s Aglamesis Bros. Ice
Cream and Confectionery and the historic 20th Century
Theatre, a defunct movie theater turned music venue that
still bears its light-up marquee.

Hyde Park

"Hyde Park, Cincinnati’s elite neighborhood, calls the east side of the Queen City home. The lush, picturesque neighborhood, made up of beautiful, large old homes, was first established in 1892. The neighborhood’s founders fashioned it after New York’s own Hyde Park district. At the neighborhood’s center is Hyde Park Square, a green space surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. You can spend an entire morning, afternoon or evening on the square and cap it off with a visit to Graeter’s Ice Cream, the oldest surviving ice cream manufacturer in America and a hometown favorite."

Xavier University

The neighborhoods surrounding Xavier University have large, old single family homes with distinguished architectural style, large lots, and stately trees.  It is conveniently located in the heart of Cincinnati where you can walk to the Xavier campus, Montessori schools,  and is just minutes from downtown, Rookwood Commons,

University of Cincinnati

"Clifton, established in 1850, is Cincinnati’s last remaining neighborhood still lit by gaslight street lamps. The neighborhood is located near the University of Cincinnati and home to everyone’s favorite Skyline Chili location on Ludlow Ave. The Skyline on Ludlow stays open for the college and bar crowd until 3 am and is housed in vintage style. Ludlow Ave., at Clifton’s heart, is a main street lined with bars, ethnic food, independent shops, Sitwell’s Coffeehouse and the art deco Esquire Theatre. The Esquire Theatre, built in 1911, shows art and indie films and the occasional midnight showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. "
